Through His Love

I see you in him.
I know you through him.
He speaks of you like no other;
with love, admiration, respect and joy.
He misses you.
I miss you.
How can one,
miss someone they barely knew?
So few encounters between us,
but I see you in him.
In his words,
in his knowledge
through his love,
I know and love you more and more each day.
